The Global Summit 2024 will host the second Global NECs Village – Permanent e-Poster display, both on siteand online, for registered NECs to be able to showcase their recent activity. By sending your e-Poster, theNEC agrees to having it published in the official Global Summit publications and website, for the duration ofthe event, and following the Summit.

All proposals should be submitted within 15 January 2024.
Preferential, non-exclusive criteria, for the ranking of incoming applications:
▪ The NEC has produced a report or had discussions/meetings on the topic (both for response onplenary sessions and parallel sessions)▪ Priority to more recent reports/documents (plenary sessions, parallel sessions, posters)▪ Regional balance – both within the sessions and overall, across the agenda▪ Gender balance
The Scientific Committee will notify the authors of the acceptance of contributions by 16 th March. You canshare the results of your work with a poster related to the topic of each of the 4 pillars.The E-poster must be realized and presented in digital format, 16:9. No papers copies.
